Willamette Valley Medical Center (WVMC) VPN Connection

The clinic will request access through WVMC. Once they receive access on their end, the attached instructions will assist in getting them connected.

They will need GlobalProtect installed LOCALLY and not in Citrix.

It is also important to let the user know that their workflow will probably change due to security restrictions at WVMC. Once VPN connection is established the user is on WVMC network. Our Citrix may or may not work, which has zero to do with us. It is their network.

Again - Local install and inform the user that they may have to disconnect to get to our system and we have no control over that.
