"User does not exist"
When signing into Patient Registration or another Interpath iWeb Website, you need to be signing in with your Interpath Account information. If you try to sign in with your AHS account you will get an error message stating ERROR! - USER DOES NOT EXIST, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPERVISOR"

If you have this error you must close out of ALL web browser windows in the web browser you are using, then reopen them and it should have you log in again.
For the username it should be in this format Interpath\"username" (replace "username" with your username). Then enter your Interpath password (this password may be expired and may need to be changed if the site just keeps refreshing and asking you to sign in).
