CATO EPP error in installation - Mismatch driver in behavioral module.

End Goal: To install CATO EPP to all the devices for Protection against cyber threats

Issue: When installing CATO EPP application completed but the status shows NEEDS ATTENTION: - Mismatch driver in behavioral module. Please reinstall drivers (4-78a02cf1)

Resolution:

1. Access CATO EPP Portal https://adaugeo.cc.catonetworks.com/

2. Click ACCESS

3. Click PROTECTED ENDPOINTS

4. Click ERROR

5. Status of the ERROR appears

6. To resolve the errors click on 3 dots (...)

7. Click Reinstall drivers

***Note***, Run the reinstalling of drivers at the end of work hours as it will be effecting the performance of the device.

***Note*** For servers it should be done during the maintenance period, please coordinate with Wayne Buckles for scheduling
