Scan to email configuration

1. Log onto printaz01

2. Run the Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 Manager from the tools menu

3. Expand Printaz01

4. Right-click the SMTP Virtual Server

5. Select properties

6. On the Access tab, select Connection

7. Add the IP address of the copier/Mfp to the allowed list.

8. Be sure to apply and then close.

Printaz01 is the azure print server. It is also now hosting the SMTP server role.

Another note about Printaz01 – this will be where new printers are configured that are NOT configured in Printer Logic. Example would be for an LIS Label printer.

In the settings of the copier or printer that need to scan to email:

1. Change DNS settings in the IPv4 settings to:

172.23.15.20

10.250.1.5

2. Send settings:

SMTP Server: AHSPrintScan.adaugeohealthcare.com

E-Mail Address: scan@gopxh.com, interpath.com ect… (doesn’t have to be this but it’ll be consistent, and we can ensure the address is whitelisted to prevent scans from going to junk)

SMTP TX Port: 25

Uncheck to use SMTP Authentication

Uncheck to Allow TLS
