Refreshing the Citrix Workspace App
If Citrix Workspace is stuck spinning in a circle like this 
you can try this to help refresh the connection.
- Look for the Citrix Workspace icon at the bottom right next to the time/date. It will look like this
(if you don’t see it you may need to click the up arrow 
to see it.
- Right click the Citrix icon and choose exit.
- Once closed, click the start menu bottom at the bottom left
and look for Citrix Workspace, it will look like this 
click it to open Citrix Workspace.
