Teams Classic to New Teams

We have upgraded Microsoft Teams to Teams New from Teams Classic.

To access it, please click the start menu in your Citrix Desktop, then scroll down until you find Microsoft Teams with the “New” in the icon it will look like this then click it to start the application. The start menu is in alphabetical order so you may need to scroll a bit to get there. Once you have the New Teams application open you can right click the icon of it at the bottom taskbar and choose “Pin to Taskbar” if you want it to remain there so you don’t have to go back to the start menu to open it again.

If you still have the old Teams Classic on your bottom taskbar you can right click it and choose unpin to remove it. Additionally, if you have saved a desktop shortcut to Teams classic, you can right-click to delete that shortcut too.
