Transition from Print01 to PrintAZ01
Navigate to the list of printers currently installed on your desktop (Control Panel > Devices & Printers)
Right-click the printer installed from Print01 and select "Remove Device"
*If you are prompted for credentials and your username/password doesn't work please contact support so we can assist*
Now add the printer from PrinAZ01 by navigating to the server in File Explorer (type "\\printaz01" in the directory bar as seen below)
Double click the printer you'd like to add and this should install the printer.
If you experience any issues with the printer installed from PrintAZ01 please let us know.
At any time over the next week you can roll back to the Print01 version by right clicking the printer, removing the device, then re-adding the printer from Print01 ("\\print01" in the File Explorer directory bar). Again, please let us know if you experience any issues using the printaz01 printer instance because the print01 server will be decommissioned once everyone has successfully migrated over to printaz01.
