Summary of Issue:
- User unable to launch Citrix via the Workspace Client
- User access reported launch failure on Citrix Workspace Client
Workaround / Mitigation Solution:
- Provide URL access on Citrix via https://adaugeo.cloud.com
- User must login using ahs\username
