Mitel Connect Profile Reset
If you are having Mitel Connect weirdness that seems to be associated with a single user.... Please follow these steps:
1) Log off your Citrix session (not disconnect, but actual log out)
2) Wait for 2 minutes
3) Log back in and DO NOT OPEN ANY APPLICATIONS
4) Open up your File Explorer. Delete the following folders C:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Mitel and C:\users\%username% \AppData\Local\Mitel.
5) Log off Citrix, not disconnect.
6) Wait 2 minutes.
7) Log back in, let everything load to include Outlook.
8) When everything is loaded, start Mitel and see if it works.
This removes all the Mitel Connect associated user data in that user's profile. Having them log off at the end of this will ensure that the current session's settings will overwrite the current user profile. This is important. Users MUST log out of Citrix at the end of their day or risk not having their profile updated and/or corrupted. The session information must be written back to the FSLogix profile.......
