No account in Patient Registration
When you receive the no account please contact HR error in Patient Registration it means that you are trying to sign in with your AHS credentials instead of your Interpath account, this is most often caused by having saved login credentials that link to your AHS account. If this is the case follow these instructions.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right of your browser
- Click on Settings
- Make sure you don't have any saved passwords in sharepoint.
- After clearing any saved passwords when you open PR it will prompt login information
- Login with interpath\username and your Interpath password
