How to: User's Desktop Access
When you need support, please navigate to https://support.adaugeohealthcare.com and click on your representative's name.

This will download a file. You can either see it in the bottom of you screen, at the top left of your screen or in your Downloads folder:



Run that program.
You will end up getting this pop up. Just choose as indicated and click okay.

You will then hear some beeps and eventually you will see this:

Click "Allow" and you will then have the Representative on your system to assist you.
