Installing the Bomgar Remote Agent if not already in list

The Bomgar Remote agent can either be downloaded from this link: Bomgar Agent

EVERY USER COMPUTER YOU TOUCH SHOULD HAVE THE BOMGAR AGENT INSTALLED WHEN YOU FINISH.

There are two ways to get this installed if it was not remotely done via Autovox:

1) You can use the "File Transfer" option:

then install it with Admin credentials from the client computer.

2) Download the client directly to the client computer and install it from there: Bomgar Agent
