Collection Barcodes are not printing

Indications:

User will report that Barcodes are not working, or more specifically that Collection Barcode labels do not print but the Accession Barcode labels do print.

Solution:

The user is in DROP OFF mode and wants to be in COLLECT mode. See highlighted below. The DROP OFF mode doesn't print Collection Barcode labels as well as a few other small differences that users often overlook.

The user needs to change their mode to COLLECT in order for it to function in the COLLECT mode and print the collection labels. (Note the similar terminology)

Notes:

The mode is stored in the user's preferences so it returns to the last mode they used.

Manifest mode is not usually mistaken as it is significantly different. If the user complains that PR is significantly different than normal then they are probably in MANIFEST mode
