Remote Support on Mac OS Ventura 13.3
Have the user go to support.adaugeohealthcare.com
Have them click on the representative that they want to connect to, or give them a Session Key.

Have them Click Allow

Have them Click on the downloads icon in the dock

Have them open the Support Session download

Have them Click the blue Open button

Have them Click "I have read and agree to the terms above" then click OK

Have them click Allow

On YOUR screen, Click the yellow banner to elevate privileges

Choose Prompt Customer and press OK

Have them enter their computers password to elevate the rights for you.

You should now have full access to the mouse and computer
*ON AN OLDER MAC OS, you may have to have them unlock the settings using the lock in the lower left corner of the window and chose remote support for all 3 security options. Then click Quit and restart. It should look more like this below.
