Reset Citrix Workspace for Windows OS

Occasionally a reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to fix issues with Citrix workspace not opening, applications or desktops not appearing in Citrix Workspace

Procedure to reset on Windows OS:

In the lower right hand side by the time, Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon.
Click on Advanced Preferences.

Click on Reset Citrix Workspace, then click Yes, reset Citrix Workspace on the pop up window.

Then Citrix workspace will close and reopen and have you sign into your account.
